Defining a brand and bringing it to life online.
Lawndale Christian Legal Center (LCLC) provides holistic, community-based criminal defense services for youth in North Lawndale. They’ve created an innovative model that could transform the criminal justice system in this country so that it no longer perpetuates racial harm, discrimination and injustice.
They needed to differentiate themselves from their parent organization, Lawndale Christian Development Corporation and get their story out. They came to us for a strategic foundation, a new brand identity and narrative, CRM approach, and website.
Through a Resonator Brand Workshop, we identified their vision, mission, and meaning and articulated why they exist: to put justice back into the criminal justice system. Based on this, we created a cohesive brand identity and narrative, a new website, as well as a brochure, blogs, emails, social media, and several lead-generating PDFs. We also helped them develop their organic/paid search through ads and targeted landing pages.
We also created an EOY fundraising campaign called “We All Rise,” which included a series of emails, digital videos and a paid social media campaign.
The revamped website immediately enhanced their credibility with new high value donors and provided much needed clarity for site visitors, while inspiring and motivating their internal audiences. Their end of year campaign garnered better than expected awareness and engagement - and they surpassed their fundraising goal.
